Hey there!

I'm Marshall Couper, your go-to guy for making meaningful connections that lead to growth and impact. In my career spanning start-ups, multinationals, and government sectors, both locally and internationally, I've honed my knack for spotting synergies and collaborative opportunities that others might miss.

​

Trained in international trade, economics and finance and then serving as a New Zealand diplomat at the World Trade Organisation in Geneva, it wasn't until I got to London at the height of the dot-com boom (and bust) that I discovered my passion for technology startups. Whether it's through guiding start-ups in their early stages or steering established entities towards groundbreaking achievements, I thrive when connecting people and helping them unearth and pursue their potential.

Over my career, I've built an impressive network, with about 30,000 connections on LinkedIn, and I've been fortunate to lead and advise high-performing teams across diverse sectors.

My journey has also taken me into the realm of mental health advocacy through my own mental health assessment and marketplace startup, Loffty. I am deeply committed to founder wellbeing. As a founder myself, I understand the rollercoaster ride of entrepreneurship and I'm passionate about supporting other founders to navigate this challenging yet rewarding path.
